I roasted two cookie sheets full of San Marzano tomatoes with sweet peppers, fresh garlic, basil and sweet onion at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Puréed it all with the skins on. Added some powdered garlic, salt and Italian seasoning. It’s delicious sauce and so easy!

San Marzano Roma tomatoes. According to the Italian, these are the best there is. According to a few customers that bought and used them, they are correct! I’m putting g 2 half bushels at the wagon today. $30 Let me know what you think!
