Arlington Village Farmers Market Local goods from your area neighbors, early June-early Sept in the village of Arlington, along Rt. 7A.

The market functions as a state recognized non-profit entity to bring residents from Arlington, Sandgate, Sunderland, Shaftsbury, Manchester, Dorset, Danby, Bennington, Pownal and the entire surrounding area to a central location each Friday evening from 4-7pm. As we enter into our fifth year, we are excited to see what this season brings. We added two new volunteer board members: Ali Zaiac (Secre

tary) and Aaron Ashton (President), and several committees were formed to help focus volunteer help. Our manager, Jessica Roberts, developed and organized a new entrepreneurship program for kids aged 9-14 called Market Juniors, to launch in July thanks to sponsorship from the Wohler Realty Group. Our POP Kids' Club in August was funded thanks to sponsors Irving Tissue, Wagging Tails Traveling Treats, and Old Mill Road Media. Our summer music series was sponsored again by TPW Real Estate. Further funding for events at the market provided by grants, the Bank of Bennington, the Keelan Family, and donations from local businesses and individuals made on the behalf of others (see our 2022 tote bags for a complete list of supporters). The 2022 Anniversary tote bags were designed by local Arlington Memorial High School art student, Savannah Cross. The market hired an assistant manager to help out, and we welcomed Nicole Smyth to the team. Our catchphrase for this year is "Meet me at the Market!" and we hope to be a spot where local friends and neighbors can gather to meet, shop, sell, and network with each other. Join us tomorrow at the market from 4:00-7:00 on Rt. 7A in Arlington. Looks to be a beautiful day at the market with some new vendors joining us this week. Stop by for your weekly shopping and pick up your meats, eggs, early produce, mushrooms, breads, bagels, sweet treats, jams, jellies, pickles, maple products, soaps, handmade crafts, flowers and so much more!! Co****le on the Arlington Inn lawn. Music provided this week by Jake Geppert. Prepared foods include smash burgers, sausage burgers, chili and cornbread, and cold drinks.
