2026 Sale Information:

NOW TAKING CHICKEN ORDERS FOR JUNE:
-Whole Birds (UNPACKAGED & picked up June 16th - 21st): $4.75/lb
-Whole Birds (Shrink wrapped or vacuum sealed): $5/lb
-Breasts (Boneless, Bone-in, cut to order): $9.50/lb
-Thighs, wings, legs: $8.50/lb
-Backs & Feet: $2/lb (Great for soup stock & dog food)

Baby Pygmy/Fainter Goats:
We expect 4-6 babies around the end of May. If you'd like to reserve message us!

Walter's Sauerkraut:
Walter made a little extra of his delicious homemade sauerkraut this year and has it for sale! $3/bag (guaranteed to be 1lb or more) or 4 bags for $10. This years strategy is to get the word out on how much better homemade kraut is than store bought so it won't be this cheap for long. Message us or 651-380-4842 to get yours, it pairs beautifully with venison brats ;-)

Venison:
We're working through our wait list as fast as this weather is allowing, thank you all for your patience. If you're on our list we'll reach out when we get to you. If you have trim to be processed and haven't spoke with us reach out and get on the wait list!

And some baby goats because I think we could all use a little warmth and something cute this week.

We are full!

Full of deer to process and a little tempted to escape to a deserted island 😆

We won't do that because we know how precious delicious venison is and are truly thankful for everyone who is entrusting their processing to us. But heads up, if you head to the woods the rest of the week plan to set up that garage table and process yourself or give one of the other great processors in the area some business.

To everyone whose deer is currently on our rack or we've spoken to we'll reach out as we work through them. Happy Thanksgiving and I hope everyone got some quality time with their loved ones this week!

Congrats to all the youth who got out and hunted this weekend! Our cooler is full and we loved hearing all the exciting stories. We've got beef, hogs and venison trim to keep us busy in the coming weeks but we'll still throw as many whole deer in the mix as we can manage. If we've talked to you about your trim you're on the list and we'll reach out as soon as we're ready. If you have trim you want processed get a hold of us so you can get on the list ☺️
