Our all-natural heritage Berkshire hogs are raised without added hormones or antibiotics. They are slaughtered at a small, family-owned, USDA-inspected facility. The Rock Barn is grounded in Old-World technique and tradition. While we proudly pay homage to one of the world’s oldest trades, we also integrate New-World technology and practice, drawing from a wealth of culinary experience. When we’re slicing rib roasts or stuffing bratwurst, we’re holding ourselves to the highest standards and taking pride in our work. When we’re smoking bacon or curing jowl, we’re pushing ourselves to improve and to innovate. We hope your family enjoys the fruits of our labor. ! Our TRB market special today is Smoked Rib Chops, 2 each, loin, $10/lb - These Berkshire rib chops are brined and smoked for extra flavor. They've been fully cooked once in the smoker already, so you just need to sear them in cast iron pan or on a hot grill, then turn once and cook until heated through. Get some!
