How could we forget! 🤦‍♂️ One year ago, this past week, we unlocked the door on our biggest project in 30 years! While we’re finally planting our feet in the new space…we’re nowhere near complete. Heat & Eat!!! Fresh off the smoker! We’ve got shredded, smoked pork bbq. The containers weigh around 10-12 oz. and cost between $6-$7. Each would make 3-4 sandwiches easily! It’s not sauced, just rubbed with our house blend. Such an easy meal when paired with our ready to eat macaroni & cheese or mashed potatoes.

We will also have fresh Steak Brats, Bacon Ranch Brats, & Applewood Bourbon Brats this afternoon and for Saturday. Samples on Saturday!
