Available Friday Sept. 4th & Saturday Sept. 5th, from 10:30am until sold out each day.

Orders must be called in to the shop. We only do Butts & Briskets to order and often have limited extra Ribs or Chickens!

We’re hiring! We’re looking to fill a few roles. Inquire in the store but here a some descriptions of what we’re looking for. Full time preferred however part time opportunities are available. We would also be looking for some high school student(s), who could work after school and Saturdays to assist with carry out orders, cleaning, stocking shelves, etc. Work coop opportunities also available.
