🌿 Two months. Two garden-grown infusions. A little bit of patience.

This summer, we harvested bee balm and chamomile from our garden and tucked those flowers into oils to slowly do their work.

🌸 Bee Balm + Jojoba Oil
🌼 Chamomile + Sunflower Oil

For the past two months, the flowers have been gently infusing in the oils, drawing out their botanical goodness without rushing the process. Today, they were finally ready to strain.

From flower-filled jars… to the strainer… to these beautiful golden finished oils. ✨

These slow-infused oils will become part of our upcoming skincare and soap batches, bringing a little piece of our garden into the products we make.

There’s something special about knowing exactly where the process begins — seed, soil, flower, oil, and eventually, something made by hand. 🌿

Small batch. Garden grown. Slowly infused. Made with intention.

🍂 Sourdough Sunday + Market Day! 🍂

We’re bringing a little bit of everything to the market today — including a fresh batch of sourdough! 🥖❤️

Our rounds & batards are made with our San Francisco starter, while our classic sandwich bread is made with our original Denver starter. Two starters, two personalities, both made with plenty of love. 🥖

And because it’s market day, we’ve also got:

🥚 Fresh eggs
🍅 Garden-fresh tomatoes
🌿 Fresh herbs
🍪 Baked goodies
🍁 Fall goodies & seasonal favorites
🧺 Handmade goods and all the usual market favorites

Come grab a loaf, pick up something fresh from the garden, find a little something fall-ish, and say hello!

See you at the market! 🍂🌻🥖

🌸 Something special is growing around here… 🌸

Today we planted 100 saffron crocuses! And if all goes according to plan, in just 5–8 weeks we’ll be harvesting one of the world’s most precious spices. 🌿✨

Saffron comes from the tiny red-orange stigmas of the crocus flower—and each flower gives us just three delicate threads. That’s a lot of flowers for a little bit of spice, which is part of what makes saffron so special (and so valuable!).

We’ll be watching for those first blooms, harvesting each flower by hand, and carefully collecting the saffron threads to dry.

There’s something pretty magical about planting something today that will become something so fragrant, flavorful, and beautiful just weeks from now. ❤️

100 bulbs. Hundreds of tiny saffron threads. One very exciting harvest to come.

Stay tuned… 🌸🌿

🍅 Nothing loves all this crazy heat like tomatoes and basil! We have a limited amount of tomato, basil and mozzarella sourdough loaves today along with the plain loaves 🌞

If you’ve had Kaley’s puppy chow before, you know it’s good! But have you had S’mores puppy chow?! Me either, because it’s the first weekend she’s made it… but it might be breakfast. Calories are not counted on Sundays!

☀️ Summer Infusions are here! 🍹

Beat the heat. Sip something good.

We’re kicking off our first seasonal infusion collection with two small-batch summer sippers made for warm evenings, backyard hangs, and pretending you have nowhere to be tomorrow. 😉

🍉 BLUSH HOUR
Watermelon • Hibiscus • Mint • Turbinado Sugar
Infuse with tequila or vodka for 1–3 days, shake, strain, pour over ice, and enjoy.

🌶️ JALAPEÑO BUSINESS
Pineapple • Jalapeño • Lime • Turbinado Sugar
Infuse with tequila for 1–3 days, strain, pour over ice, and let that sweet heat do its thing.

Two completely different flavors.
One very good reason to stay cool. 😎

These are seasonal, small-batch infusion kits, and they’re just the beginning. This is the first of three seasonal rollouts, so there’s more coming as we move through the year.

Which one are you reaching for first?
