Central Valley Farm Central Valley Farm, in Hunterdon County NJ, offers a wide range of cheeses, eggs, produce and much more. What is a CSA? How does our CSA work?

Central Valley Farm is located in Bethlehem Twp Asbury NJ and is owned and operated by the Huff family. The farm has been in the Huff family since 1948 and the Huff family has been farming in the area for over 100 years. Central Valley Farm offers farm fresh cheeses from grass fed cows, grass fed ground beef and free range brown eggs. We also have a full line of produce, herbs and cut flowers. All products can be purchased directly on the farm at 12 Huff Lane Asbury NJ. We also offer a CSA program for purchasing our produce. Our farming practices include some organic standards, we use natural fertilizer products. We are a minimum spray farm using IMP Pest Management which includes crop rotation. A Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) consists of a community of individuals who pledge support to a farm operation where the growers and consumers share the risks and benefits of food production. CSA’s consists of a system of weekly pick up, at the farm, of seasonal, naturally grown fruits and vegetables. Each week, on scheduled days, you will pick up your share of freshly picked produce that is currently in season. We offer 2 share sizes. A standard size share is approximately enough for a family of four for the week. We also offer our reduced size share for those with smaller families or appetites. That is more than half but not as much as our standard share gets every week. If one share is too much, a great option is to split a share with friends or a family member. Shares are picked up directly at the farm. Our CSA typically lasts 20 weeks (June-October). Boxed shares are available for delivery to one location. Please remember thar pick-ups are only on Wednesday or Thursday. If you can not pick up please make arrangements so you get all the fresh vegetables 😉 😀

Good morning for our CSA pick up this week we have garlic, red 🧅, bell peppers, zucchini, bag of potatoes 🥔, cabbage, celery, beans, and so much more! This IS AN EGG WEEK! As well, don't forget to cut your own flowers 💐 😉.

We hope your all enjoying these nice days that we have had so far!

Pick up time is 1 to 6 that is for either Wednesday or Thursday!

As for our NON-CSA members we are open to the public. KNOW YOUR FARMER KNOW WHERE YOUR FOOD COMES FROM!
