We regret to announce that Dean Thomas Millikan, the last living of the five original Thomas Brothers, has passed away on December 26, 2025.

He was a man of many passions during his life. Most don’t know, but when Thomas Brothers had their first race car it was number 0, and when they later added another team, it was Dean that came up with the number 00 for Sam Ard’s car.

Please pray for the family.

A great big congratulations and shout out to our prize winner Brayden Allred age 14 of Uwharrie Ridge School. Brayden stopped by to claim his prize today using his lucky ticket from Caraway Speedway’s big drawing. He chose bacon, sausage and country ham and then more bacon. Enjoy your vacation and a big thanks to his grandpa Gene Turner who brought him by today and we surprised him with a look at Sam Ard’s historical championship car. Let’s Go 00!
