Ashland VA Farmers Market A producer-only market in the heart of Ashland. Saturday mornings May-Oct, winter markets too. No reselling is permitted.

Since 1999, the Ashland Farmers Market has provided a direct connection between local producers and the community. We are a producers-only market: Vendors may only sell products that they have grown, baked, or made. All products come from vendors based within a 30-mile radius of Ashland, VA. Our focus is on food and agricultural products. Some examples of what our vendors have to offer:

• A vast

array of in-season vegetables and herbs, including the famous Hanover tomatoes
• Seasonal fruits and berries
• Fresh-cut flowers and potted plants
• Local honey
• Baked goods – breads, cookies, granola, and more
• Grass-fed and pastured meats
• Farm-fresh eggs

🧑‍🎤Jim Duckett will be back to bring the tunes to the lawn. We love having Jim under the pavilion! Feel free to bring a blanket or find a spot at the picnic tables and enjoy the music!

Looks like we’re gonna have a gorgeous early August day for the farmers market tomorrow!

The Master Naturalists will be on the lawn to answer your questions about interacting with black bears.

Jonathan Gibson will perform tunes for us under the pavilion.

Lisianthus are absolute princesses to grow but oh SO worth it to have one of the most perfect flowers that is so low maintenance after it’s picked! Looks like a rose but lasts two weeks in the vase! I’ll have armloads of these at the Ashland Farmers Market tomorrow with an extra special deal on them since they are ALLLLLL blooming at once.
