Known to be a local's favorite, Grateful Deli has annually won the Local's Choice award for Best Sandwich Shop in Aspen since 2010. Our subs and panini's are made with rolls and foccacia bread from Louis Swiss Pastry - which is delivered every morning still warm from the oven. That bread is then pile
