We made a bunch more flavored Fromage Blanc after selling out last week! It's creamy, and delicious on crackers, chips, bagels, and much more! In addition to the unflavored cheese, we have Garlic Dill, Chipotle, Basil Garlic, and Lemon Thyme.

We are also trying out some favored cheese curds! Garlic Dill and Chipotle are our first two flavors, but let us know about flavors we should make next!

Our new cheese labels came in yesterday and we think they turned out great! We had the honor of working with storyweaverbrands to create our logo and branding. She captured our vision so well and was able to bring it to life. We can’t wait to see how the labels look on our products!

Things are beginning to shape up here at the creamery in Atchison! We brought in our first large piece of equipment - a new to us cheese vat. We also received a license to package up cheese that we made prior to the move. We can't wait to share these products with you soon!
