After 40 years and many memories, we have decided to switch hands and let our grandmother enjoy retirement.
While we ask you all to respect our privacy, we understand how hard this news may be. Please know this decision was not made lightly. We love our town, and we deeply appreciate the people who’ve spent the so many years with us. This deli has been our pride and joy — it’s been home.
Thank you to everyone who watched all of our children grow up here, and to every customer who became like family. We will miss each and every one of you and wish nothing but the best for the next chapter.
The name and the place may still be there, but it is no longer the Grace family’s deli. That place shaped us all in different ways.
We apologize for not being able to do a final breakfast goodbye in the store — it all happened faster than we expected. But we’d love to see your favorite memories. Feel free to drop your old photos or stories in the comments as a final sendoff.
