You saw previously that we offer Prime Rib, but we also have Standing Rib Roast available. Typically a standing rib is bone-in so that the roast can "stand up" on the bones but we do offer boneless ribeye roasts as well. We carry 2/3rds Upper Choice Standing Rib. It will not have as much marbling as a Prime Rib, but it is still a quality cut of beef for Christmas. This item must be pre-ordered in the Shoppe.

If you are looking for something special for Christmas that is not really available at typical grocery stores, then you should try a Pork Crown Roast. It is two bone-in pork loin roasts that are expertly tied and shaped into a crown or circle, with the frenched bones pointing upwards, creating a "regal" presentation. Your crown roast should have a desireable golden brown crust after cooking which adds to the regal display. This is another item that must be pre-ordered.
