Tomorrow, our fellow Georgians at Sweet Grass Dairy are celebrating their 25th anniversary, and we’re sending a little extra cheese love their way.

Based in Thomasville, their team crafts exceptional cheeses with milk from cows that graze outdoors year-round. Cheesemonger Hook is a huge fan of their cheeses and the people behind them, and we’re proud to share their work with you here at Capella.
