Inspired after a trip to Normandy, France in 2010 I knew that I wanted to make cider. I started making small batches of cider that Fall and have made larger batches every year thereafter. Each harvest is different using special yeast strains and production protocols along with aging techniques. We are now looking to move to the commercial side. Look for releases Late 2014.
