Healthy eating it’s not a fad it’s not a trend making healthier choices. It’s something that you choose to do because you care about you.  I choose to offer this to my clients because I care about them too. I also know the effects are great and I want you to experience that for the long-haul and be able to experience it with your family share it with them.

There are certain herbs that affect your immune system just as much as the healthy eating in a great way. I decided to have a little twist with it. We must understand the importance of this and make it a part of self-care normalize the conversation it’s not OK to say you’re OK when you’re really not it’s not OK to stay in abusive relationships and that’s just an example all of the Postmates today which make you think and read and pay attention.
