I’m at a loss of words! I’m trying to think of a good way to say this but I’m coming up with nothing! We worked hard, put several notices out, stayed up baking all night and morning, took care of all our animal chores, got 3 kids dressed and hair done for school, cleaned up our mess only to get disappointed. And when I said we that’s just my form of country talk, it was just me (me, myself and I) My daughter had to work at the school.
Why am I disappointed? Well I’m glad you asked, previously we made Strawberry Crumble Cake, someone didn’t pay for them, yesterday we put 4 cakesicles out and someone didn’t pay for them, I also have cakes missing and no money at all!
I really hope you all enjoy our time, money and energy we spent. Y’all are stealing and messing up the trust system we have among other things in our little community!
We also previously had someone remove 6 duck eggs out of the dozen. I actually thought I lost my mind. I had to look at my photos that I take daily for quality assurance to ensure I put 12 in the carton! Honestly I got so upset that day because I work hard by myself cleaning out several hen pins, putting fresh hay, fresh water, herbs in their nests, feeding them, making fermented feed, making fodder, giving the chickens fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, mixing several bags of feed together, lifting heavy bags by myself, some nights I’m up to the wee hours acting like I’m some kind of a sniper killing possums and other predators, I check on their health, ensure they have vitamins etc etc… and all that is just chicken work, then I got to do ducks, turkeys, donkeys, horses and goats!! When I’m done outside then I get the pleasure of returning inside to do house chores. If anyone has kids you know how this is! I have 3 grandchildren! Enough said,,,
Anyway, i really appreciate everyone that came out and actually paid! I really hope you enjoyed my cakes and other treats! Really I do!!! Thank yall!!!
Also, if anyone has any fruits or vegetables that you are about to throw out please put them in a bag and leave them at our farm stand. All our animals love fruits, berries and vegetables. This will also make the eggs a better taste and quality. Thank you for your support!!!
