Here is another appetizer that looks way fancier than the effort it takes. These chilled herb crab crostinis came out ridiculously good.

We toasted baguette rounds. spread some herb goat cheese, added a cucumber ribbon for a fresh crunch, then topped it all with a chilled crab mixture made with softened goat cheese. Finish with lemon zest, cracked pepper, and chives.

Bright, creamy, crunchy, and best of all so simple.

Hope you are strapped in and snacked up for the basketball game! We are! Even though none of our teams made it to the finals this cajun crab bite appetizer certainly did!

These Cajun crab melt bites were ridiculously easy and seriously good. We made them with crab meat, creamy cheese, chives, and a healthy shake of Slap Ya Mama seasoning, then baked everything on toasted baguette slices until golden.

Hot, cheesy, a little spicy, and perfect for picking at during the game.

Basic directions:
• Toast baguette slices lightly
• Mix crab, softened cheese, chives & Cajun seasoning
• Spoon onto bread
• Bake until hot and lightly browned

That’s it. Easy “looks impressive” party food without a ton of work.

These oysters have a meaty texture with deep umami flavor, making them perfect for eating raw or grilling due to their deep, sturdy cups.

We topped ours with a simple mignonette you can make at home using the following:
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup chopped shallots
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix and refrigerate for at least an hour and enjoy!
