As most of you have seen, we have been grounding our own ground beef, making our own chorizo, al pastor(pork and pineapple), breakfast sausage and chistora(beef chorizo)- no artificial colors/flavors and no fillers!

Would everyone like for us to offer these options by the pound for you to prepare at home?? We could also offer asada thin sliced and ready for the grill, or even whole chickens.
We will also be putting some fresh produce out in the store for you to add to your meat pickup orders 🙂

We are ready for the next step and want to offer to our customers things they can’t get easily, here in Rabun.

We could take morning orders and pack them up and have them ready for you to prepare for dinner. Maybe even offer homemade salsas and tortillas to go 🙂

Just a few ideas we will be starting soon. If there is something you would like for us to carry, send us some ideas!!

Don’t forget we also have individual homemade Tres Leche cakes ready to purchase and with notice, we can make larger ones for special occasions!!

We could even offer cooked meat by the pound for your dinner!!!! Just give us a heads up 😀 would be PERFECT for FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS!!!

Here at Mama Gail’s we serve fresh and homemade

We prepare our own ground beef, Al pastor(pork and pineapple), chorizo, breakfast sausage, carnitas(slow roasted shredded pork). We make fresh biscuits and awesome burritos in the mornings! We also fire roast all of our delicious salsas made from fresh veggies!

Come try some street tacos on homemade corn tortillas, a torta sandwich on homemade telera bread, a super stuffed burrito or a fresh patties burger and hand breaded chicken tenders!

Today we even have AGUA FRESCA- fresh fruit water of watermelon (locally grown) and spearmint!

We now make our own Chorizo and Al Pastor we are also grounding our own ground beef and making our breakfast sausage! No artificial dyes or fillers— just fresh and high quality ingredients!!
