We are looking for some FULL TIME help!
Hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (8 AM to 5 PM, with an hour lunch 12 PM to 1 PM). Saturday rotation 8 AM to Noon.
We could also do PART TIME 10 AM to 5 PM!
Responsibilities: Help with butchering (possibly), cutting and learning cuts of meat, roll stock packaging, helping customers, learning to do cutting Instructions. Other duties as assigned.
You must be able to lift 50 to 60 pound trays. Will need to learn the different cuts of meat!
You will also be on your feet for the shift!!
We need someone who wants to work at a job and show up! We are a small family business!
No experience necessary we will train!
Stop in and fill out an application.
Possibility of extra hours if desire!!

Lasagna night for supper! I love that you can make ahead and throw in the fridge until ready to bake!
Start with a couple pounds of retail ground chuck, ground pork or season sausage or ground beef from your custom beef!!!!

Mike has sold this half.

Helping spread the word; Mike Harmon has a QUARTER (half of a half) of beef available for your freezer. Price will be $3.30 per hanging weight pound on beef PLUS processing of approximately $1.30 per hanging weight pound.
Average hanging weight on the half is approximately 375 to 400 pounds.
Great way to take home some Nebraska feed beef and fill your freezer for the fall and winter months!!!

Helping to spread the word on beef with availability! Grant Dose has some beef that will have some available! Great time to fill your freezer with local beef and local processed! Still time for grilling, soon crockpot season will be here and ground beef always goes quick!!
Average hanging weight is around 900 pounds.
Price will be based on market the week of butcher. You can reserve a quarter, half or whole beef.
