Helping to spread the word! Pat Ochsner has a couple hogs with availability coming in June 11!
Whole Hog will be $0.90 per live weight pound with approximately 280 pounds which would be approximately $252 for the hog (could be less or more)!
Processing for a whole hog is approximately $300 to $400, depending on hanging weight and how you have it processed!
Half hog will be $0.90 per live weight pound with approximately 140 pounds which would be approximately $126 for the hog (could be less or more)!
Processing for a half hog is approximately $150 to $200, depending on hanging weight and how you have it processed!

We are looking for some FULL TIME help!
Hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (7 AM to 5 PM, with an hour lunch 12 PM to 1 PM). Saturday rotation 8 AM to Noon.
Responsibilities: Help with butchering, cutting and learning cuts of meat, some roll stock packaging, helping customers, learning to do cutting Instructions. Other duties as assigned.
You must be able to lift 50 to 60 pound trays. Will need to learn the different cuts of meat!
No experience necessary we will train!
Stop in and fill out an application.
Possibility of extra hours if desire!!

Looking to get a quarter, half or beef beef? Fill up your freezer before the busy summer is here!!
Have a beef that needs a place to be butchered?!
We also have beef butcher spots available:
1 - May 27
1 - June 3
1 - June 10
6 - June 25
Beef ages 12 to 16 on average, just depending on the beef!!
Also a couple of hogs left coming from Pat Ochsner!! Take a whole or a half hog on June 11! Great time to fill your freezer with delicious protein!!
