Short answer is, we use rice bran oil for our cooking. Its benefits are a high smoke temp (ie you can cook at high temps and it won’t burn), neutral flavor, vitamin E, polysterols and anti inflammatory properties.

What is potassium bromate and why has it been banned in certain countries? Bromate is a popular commercial dough conditioner that has been added to many flours. It’s been linked to kidney diseases, though the amount at which it causes harm is up for debate. From the start, we chose King Arthur flour because it does not contain bromate nor is it bleached. 🍕❤️

For the best, crispiest crust be sure to cook your pizza on the oven rack. This one is La Texana: organic tomato sauce, mozzarella, chorizo with chipotle en adobo, red onion and poblano. If you’re feeling adventurous, add sliced avocado, treat it like a taco! 🍕❤️🥑🌮
