The outpouring of kindness we've received over the last few days has been so appreciated. Thank you all for your nice comments and hugs the last few days. Many of you have asked when we will start selling our cute vintage displays, and we're working on that right now! Come by and stock up on your favorite snacks and pick up a few cute items of decor while you're here! We're open Monday July 3rd 10am-7pm, Closed Tuesday July 4th, Open Wednesday July 5th 10am-7pm. regular hours this week unless we post otherwise. See y'all soon! Hi, Friends:

We’ve made the heartbreaking decision to close Rabbit Food Grocery. We’ve had a lot of great times over the past 11 years meeting so many amazing people at our store, pop-ups around town, and at vegfests in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston. We are happy that vegan food is now more easily available at grocery stores and restaurants and would like to think we’ve been part of helping make that possible. So many vegan brands got their start on our shelves and have now grown to be sold nationwide! The future is bright for veganism. We are grateful that we were able to share in the journey.
Our last day open will be Saturday, July 15th. For now, our plan is to open as scheduled, but we may have some funky hours some days. If so, we will post those on Instagram and Facebook, so check there before you head over just in case. Please use up your gift cards and coupons if you have any! Our online store will be paused so we can serve our in-store customers to our best ability, as we anticipate busier than usual traffic. If we reopen the online store, we will let y’all know. Thank you for understanding.

We plan on having some sale prices coming soon, so stay tuned to social media, and please stock up your pantry! Also, we will be selling all of our cute store displays and equipment, so stay tuned if you are interested in those items.

Rabbit Food Grocery couldn't have happened without the support of a lot of people. We are so thankful to you, our wonderful customers who have shopped with us over the years. We appreciate all of our team members both past and present who helped make RFG a fun experience for everyone. A store needs great products, and we were fortunate to work with many vendors and other small businesses who helped us to bring you the best vegan products. This journey started with the support of friends and family, who were the original customers and team members and who continue to support us. Thank you to you all. We hope to see you over the next couple of weeks. Please keep small businesses in your regular rotation. It’s tough out there right now for everyone.
