Have you all seen the new smart coolers in building 667, 663, 495 and 499? I wonder how those work? Hopefully I can provide some information that will help! Click on this link to see how a smart cooler works. This one is not exactly like the ones in our buildings but it works the same way!

Once you’ve picked the items out of the cooler you can look on the screen to see what items it shows that you have. Once you close the door the items will be considered purchased if you need to make a dispute you can dispute the items on the screen once you start typing the timer will stop and it will lead you through the process of disputing an item to be reviewed. So after you make your purchase using the smart cooler how do you get a receipt? On the computer screen it will give you the option to type in your email address. Once you start typing in your email the timer will stop for you to enter your information or there is a QR code on the screen that you can use with your QR code reader to send the receipt directly to you!
