What’s the difference between our Italian extra virgin olive oils. A few things:
Lina is made from Tonda and Carolea olives. ou’ll get walnut husk on the nose, red apple in the mouth, and a long finish of wild chicory and pepper. It’s the oil for red meat, braised anything, grilled vegetables where you want the oil to show up.
Turi is made with Ottobratica olives. Notes of oregano, green banana, a finish of radish. Fresh and herbaceous. The one you reach for with white fish, raw vegetables, anything delicate.
Same Calabrian groves. Two completely different expressions of what Italian extra virgin olive oil can be.
