We put the strawberries to bed for the winter with a good layer of straw. In the spring, we’ll rake it off the plants to between the rows.

Everywhere else has been cleaned up and made ready for winter- the asparagus patch was mowed and garden areas tilled.

We’ve already received a couple seed catalogs for next year 😳

Good morning!
We’ve been busy at T Berries- canning and freezing what didn’t drown this summer.

The strawberry patches are looking good- hopefully the rain keeps up until freeze up. Then we’ll cover with straw for winter

We have jams, jelly, pickled beets and old fashioned sauerkraut available! Pictured is what we currently have on hand. Our jams/jelly are made with no preservatives and are low sugar so you taste the fruit.

Our sauerkraut is made the way your grandparents made it - hand shredded, a little salt, packed in a vintage stone crock and left to ferment at least four weeks.

Jam/jelly- 8 oz jars- $6
Kraut & pickled beets- 16 oz jar- $6.
