I’m very late in letting yall know but the stand is open today. Shortly after opening we went and checked on the cows and found our sweet Obi stuck neck deep in a muddy ditch! We got her out and she will be ok but dude! We immediately blocked off the area to prevent it from happening again. I am tired!

Einstein is such a wonderful mom. Grateful we decided to keep the original coop and so is she and her 8 chicks.

Einstein is a mom! My sister-in-law sent me a text that I didn’t see. So She called me and said “hey you’re a grandma!” I said “what?!” And looked outside. Saw no chicks. “How do you know?” I asked. “Because Einstein has brought 8 baby chicks to the barn to show me!” She answered! Y’all I ran my happy chicken tender grandma self over there and cried at the sight of my Einstein that I raised and all 8 of her brand new tiny babies, all bearing the “skid marks” on their back just like their daddy had when he hatched. 😊
