September 11th Remembrance — Faith, Courage, and Gratitude
Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001 — a day that forever changed our nation and reminded us of the strength that rises from faith and unity.
We honor the heroes who ran toward danger, the families who carry the memory of loved ones, and the communities that came together in prayer and compassion.

To every first responder, firefighter, police officer, EMT, and service member — thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your unwavering commitment to protect and serve. You remind us daily what it means to love your neighbor as yourself. 🙏

As we reflect, may we hold fast to the words of Psalm 46:1 — “God is our refuge and strength, an ever‑present help in trouble.”
May His peace comfort those who mourn, His strength sustain those who serve, and His light guide us forward as one nation under God.

We will never forget.

📚✨ As the new school year approaches, take a moment for a heart-to-heart with your children. Remind them that it’s okay to be different. Their faith matters, and they should stand strong in their beliefs. Encourage them to wear their faith in God proudly and to reflect His love in their words and actions.
Let them know:
✅ Sin is real, but so is grace.
✅ It's okay to love the sinner while rejecting the sin.
✅ Kindness should be extended to everyone—because we never truly know the battles others are facing.
And if they ask, “Why should I be kind to someone who bullies others?”, help them understand that sometimes, people lash out because they’ve never known kindness themselves. Teach them to be a light—show love, show compassion, and live like Jesus.
💪 And just as important: standing firm in your faith doesn't mean staying silent when you're hurt. It is never wrong to defend yourself. Help your children understand they have the right to speak up, protect their dignity, and tell a trusted adult when something isn’t right. That adult must take action to uncover what's really happening—because sometimes, addressing a bully’s pain can be the very thing that brings healing…and even saves a life.
Let’s raise kids who walk in truth, stand in love, and live with courage. 💛.
Let’s equip our kids not just for academics, but for heart-led living. 💛
