Carolina Classics Catfish was founded by Rob Mayo in 1985 as the "eastern farm-raised catfish producer," located miles from deep southern competitors. From our first sale, the Company sought customers who serve the finest quality seafood to discerning customers, a goal maintained to this day. Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Carolina Fish Feeds, produces a line of high-performance extruded feeds for several species of fish.
