FRIENDLY REMINDER FROM THE HAVEN
As many of you know, the WachSquad Haven is not only our home — it is our family’s legacy, our livelihood, and a business we have worked tirelessly to build from the ground up.
We are blessed to be able to share this property with friends, family, guests, and members of our community through events, outdoor recreation, and experiences that many people genuinely enjoy. However, with those experiences comes responsibility.
Because we offer and allow activities that carry inherent risks, ALL guests and patrons are required to complete a liability waiver prior to entering the property or participating in activities.
This includes activities such as:
• Hunting
• Off-road riding / ATV use
• Shooting sports and range use
• Swimming
• Fishing
• Livestock interaction
• Nature trails and wooded recreation
• Outdoor events and gatherings
• And other recreational activities offered onsite
These are the same types of activities that would require a waiver at virtually any other place of business — whether that be a shooting range, axe throwing, community pool, amusement park, hunting outfitter, trampoline park, campground, petting zoo, or recreational facility.
Simply because we live on this property does not remove the risks associated with these activities, nor does it remove the responsibility we have to properly protect our family, guests, property, and business operations.
We fully understand that liability waivers may make some individuals uncomfortable, and we sincerely respect everyone’s personal choice. However, failure or refusal to complete the required waiver will result in denial of entry onto the property and/or denial of participation in activities.
This policy is not intended to offend, target, or inconvenience anyone. It exists because responsibly operating a property and business like ours requires proper safety measures and legal protection for everyone involved.
We truly appreciate those who continue to support our vision and what we are building here at The Haven — a place centered around faith, family, fellowship, adventure, healing, and legacy.

By signing this waiver, Participant acknowledges and agrees that WachSquad Haven Legacy Co., LLC (“Organizer”) may collect, store, and use personal information provided in connection with participation in activities at WachSquad Haven.
