The heat this year has caused some of the patches to develop faster than we can sell them. Rather than leaving it out in the field we are happy that yesterday we were able to take a load of corn to the Northern Illinois Food Bank to distribute to food pantries throughout our area.

Update: We were able to pick, we will be open until 6:00 pm. We currently do not have any melons.

August 12th: We will be closed until at least noon. With the rain, we aren't able to pick this morning, but we are hopeful that we will be able to get in the patch this afternoon.
