We will have altered business hours the week of March 24th-28th.
Monday-Wednesday: An employee will be on call or in the shop between 9AM and 2PM. If you are there to pick up a beef or hog call the number on the sign on the door and he will meet you as quickly as possible.
Thursday-Friday: someone will be available at the shop between 9AM and 2PM.

Baker County Cattlewomen have beef sirloin steaks and beef sirloin fat caps (also called coulotte or picanha) available for purchase here at the shop. All money earned goes directly to local fire departments. There is a limited supply, so get it while it lasts, and support a great cause!
Please bring cash, or a check made out to Baker County Cattlewomen.

With hunting season upon us, and all of the calls we’ve been getting (congratulations to all those hunters!) we thought a post on this topic would be helpful.
We cannot hang wild game at this time. We also cannot accept wild game that has not been b***d out. We will accept b***d out meat that is clean, and will make it into jerky, pepperoni, summer sausage, hunter sausage or grind it. Please call for pricing or if you have further questions!
