Mango sticky rice is made with soft, chewy sticky rice soaked in warm coconut milk that is sweet, creamy, and just a little salty.
It’s served with ripe, juicy mangoes that add a fresh tropical flavor and balance out the richness of the coconut rice.
To finish, we drizzle extra salted coconut cream on top and add toasted mung beans or sesame seeds for a light crunch. It’s simple, creamy, sweet, and so satisfying.
