Grafted Tomato Tip!

For those of you who have purchased a grafted tomato from us, here is a tip that may help your yields:

Be sure to plant the tomato plant no deeper than where it currently sits in the pot.

These are planted just below the grafting line.

If the top tomato plant takes root it could bypass the intended root system that these were grafted onto.

This Memorial Day weekend, we invite you to plant with a purpose. 🇺🇸🌱

At Harvest Valley Farms, we’ll be planting flowers in honor of the brave men and women who served our country and especially for those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

There’s something powerful about planting life in remembrance of those who gave so much. A flower bed, a hanging basket, a single tomato plant, or even a small corner of your garden can become a place of gratitude, reflection, and remembrance.
