Join us for a cheese making class featuring Joshua and Sara Kerrick of Sorrell Hill Milk Company in Baldwinsville, NY!
They will be teaching how to make mozzarella and burrata from scratch, and we will be following it up with a 3 course dinner featuring cheeses from their farm!

We are home from the fair, but are in no way recovered or caught up 😅

We processed yesterday and we are processing again today. All of that milk is going into cheese. We hope to bottle fluid milk this weekend!

We are currently sold out of just about everything except flavored Jersey gold which is available in the fridge at 7283 East Sorrell hill rd, where there is corn available. There are also a few bricks of Halloumi available!

In the mean time, please enjoy some of our pictures from state fair!

Life update:

We have been preparing for our week at the Great New York State Fair. We moved in our tack today and the cows move in tomorrow (Tuesday)We doubled down in cheese to supply our restaurants and so we don't have to deliver this week. I will try my best to stock the cheese trailer and our cheese fridge located at the corn stand at 7283 East Sorrell hill rd.

If you stop in and get cheese at the cheese trailer, please do not look at my lawn 🤣. With double the cheese orders the past two weeks we haven't left the plant. The amount of time I've spent preparing for 5 days at the NYS Fair is a disgrace 😬

ANYWAY! If you happen to stop at the cow barn please look for us and stop in and say hi, have a beer, bring me a beer, or just pet a cow, that is up to you!
