We are excited to host Chef Anna Kent of Tom Cat’s Kitchen for a Sunday of inventive vegan dishes using kimchis, krauts, preserves and vinegars with Tom Cat’s signature vegan dishes using fresh, local ingredients.

Ginger Curry Carrot Soup — Ginger Curry Carrot using HEX ginger turmeric vinegar, finished with carrot greens pesto and vegan sour cream swirl. Served with HEX focaccia.
Briney Winter Snacking Mix to Share — Silken onion dip. HEX daikon dill brined carrots and cauliflower, giant caperberries, Cerignola olives, whole garlic cloves.
Beets, Cheese & Greens — Roasted beets & HEX pickled beets, HEX Cashew cheese, good greens, crushed pistachios, silly pink dressing.
Kimchi Cream Gnocchi — Fluffy potato gnocchi tossed with HEX Kimchi in a rich cream sauce. Topped with crispy seared mushrooms, wilted bok choy, seaweed, scallion and sesame.
Cherry Jam Blondies — Baked with HEX cherry jam, served with fresh berries, sliced almonds and whipped cream.
🍸Our bar will be shaking up all our classic cocktails, mocktails, HEX Kombucha & house-made sodas - our regular dining menu will be back Wednesday Feb. 19th.
