I’m taking orders today for this holiday weekend! However, all orders must be placed by 8:00 PM today for pickup on Saturday or Sunday.

So please don’t procrastinate! If you’re planning to order a cake, pie, or cupcakes for the holiday weekend, be sure to get your order in before the deadline.

The extra 6-pack of Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes I had available for pickup today has been SOLD ! Thank you so much! 🧁

I still have the following extras available:

🍊 3-pack of Orange-Flavored Cupcakes topped and filled with my Cool Whip Cream Cheese Frosting. You can have them with or without Orange Crunch on top. Available for pickup this evening or Friday.

🍎 4 slices of Jewish Apple Cake, glazed with caramel. Delicious! 😋

Good morning to my wonderful Cakez by Jackie customers, family, and friends! ❤️
I will be baking today; however, the kitchen will be closed all day Saturday because we’ll be celebrating my grandson’s 14th birthday! 🥳🎂 You know where I’ll be! ❤️
If you need a dessert for tomorrow, I suggest placing your order early today for pickup tonight or tomorrow morning before 11:00 AM.
As always, I truly appreciate each and every one of my customers and thank you for your continued support. I look forward to being back in the kitchen and baking for you again on Monday!

I’m back from vacation and back in the kitchen! 😊
Tonight I’m working on a sweet potato pie order for delivery tomorrow, and I’m also working on the cheesecake layers for a Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch Cake that will be picked up on Saturday.
Here’s a little behind-the-scenes baking tip: I bake my cheesecake layers a few days ahead of time and freeze them. This makes them much easier to handle when it’s time to assemble the cake and helps everything come together nicely. 🎂🍓
I’m officially back to baking and taking orders! ❤️
Please remember: Cakez by Jackie will be CLOSED August 15th–17th while I celebrate my BIRTHDAY! 🎉🎂🥳
