Sour cherries are in their second pickings. They are great for pies, desserts, or cocktails. We just picked up latest batch, they go in the blink of an eye. This harvest season is very short.

Today is a big day in the Kousouris household. In case you haven’t heard, it’s National Love Your Produce Manager Day. I have a very special Produce Manager in my life- it’s my Dad. He’s been running the family business in Baltimore for decades. I’m so grateful for all of the memories I have visiting him at the warehouse and all of the businesses and people he helps. The health and safety of our customers is what is most important. That’s why Kousouris Brothers will temporarily cease delivery of cantaloupe.

We did not stock the brands in question, but for the safety of our customers we will stop selling cantaloupes until we can be 100% assured all are safe for consumption.
