You can find them both at Monroe Farmers Market this Saturday. Visit Rob - our owner and cheesemaker- at Easton Farmers' Market & Emmaus Farmers' Market - for a wealth of knowledge on dairying. Dairy requires constant commitment, many varied skills, and a great community to support it!

While we are (im)patiently waiting for 2026 Manchego to be ready, don’t miss out on grabbing the last of 2025 Blue! It’s EXTRA strong, aged 11 months, really packs a punch. Stock up- there will be a few weeks in between this batch selling out & the next being ready.

Sierra is at the farm running a herding event, but Max will be at Monroe with all your favorites & Rob will be at Easton as usual. Wear your raincoats! ☔️
