Cape Cod Frozen Fa**ss 50k for 2022 is again, run on your own.
If you would like to run the course on Sandy Neck, keep track of your time and then post it here on this page. That way, we can keep the Frozen Fa**ss alive until next year when hopefully we can have a 2023 CCFF 50K . Same rules apply as last year. See last years post. GOOD LUCK.

Cape Cod Frozen Fa**ss 50 K on Sandy Neck is a go for 2021.

Here are the new COVID 19 rules. Please adhere to all MA rules regarding COVID 19, wearing and mask and social distancing...

1- People need to run 🏃‍♂️the race between January 15th and February 15th. THIS IS AN UN-MANNED course. Not recommended for first time runners unless running with a veteran whose run in the past.

2- People can run either 25K or 50K 🙂

3- People need to run with a buddy. We will attempt to mark the course but do not rely on this seeing as the markers will be up for a month!

4- Runners need to send their names, times and distance along with a photo at the end of the race to [email protected]

5- The map of the course will be posted on https://sites.google.com/site/capecodfrozenfatass/home

6- If you would like you finisher quahog shell please let us know and we will send it out to you 🙂

8- People need to be aware of the tides and it is better to start on a dropping tide, about an hour or two after high tide.

It was a beautiful day for the 12th Cape Cod Frozen Fa**ss 50k out on Sandy Neck. 70 runners showed up to run the 16 or 32 mile course on the beach through the dunes and on the marsh trails.

So, it looks like the date for the 2018 Cape Cod Frozen Fa**ss 50k is on jan 27, 2018 at 8 am.
So come on over to Sandy Neck and be part of one of the most epic,unique, grueling and fun ultra races around!! And it's FREE!!!! Just bring some of your favorite ultra foods/ drinks to share and some of your favorite ultra stories as well. There will be a donation jar to help pay for some of the costs to put on thus race. There will also be some Cape Cod Ultra - running Society shirts for sale.
See you on the beach.
Also, in case of inclement weather like sub zero or freezing temperatures, wind,rain snow,tides or anything that may create horible conditions, the race WILL GO ON! Because that's what we live for: EPIC CONDITIONS..
