Thank you everyone for an amazing season; our sheep got to enjoy the last bits of 2025 harvest. Rose seemed to enjoy them more than most.

We want to highlight our verjus. Verjus is a product of unripe grapes, it is a tart, acidic, fruity juice used in a variety of ways. Consider getting some at our Union Square and Grand Army Plaza markets to try for Thanksgiving recipe testing! We recommend it for a tart bite to cocktails or dressings/marinades.

Its been another wonderful week in the Finger Lakes. We hope everyone enjoyed their three day weekend, while we've been hard at work continuing to pick, press, and bottle on the farm. We look forward to seeing our familiar faces and anyone else shopping in the Grand Army and Union Square Greenmarkets this Saturday.

We still have several more weekends ahead of us before Thanksgiving but you will notice some changes in our varieties week to week as we progress through the season so be sure to check us out!
