🌟NEW VENDOR FOR 2026: Brave Biltong! A small-batch, South African-style air-dried beef snack made in Tyler Hill, Pennsylvania - just across the river from Barryville.
Rooted in centuries-old South African tradition, biltong is made by curing whole cuts of beef with vinegar and spices, then slowly air-drying them over several days. The result is a tender, flavorful, high-protein snack that’s nothing like conventional jerky.
Our biltong is made with simple, clean ingredients - beef, vinegar, salt, and spices - with no added sugar, no nitrates, and no preservatives. Each 2oz pouch delivers roughly 25 grams of protein, making it a favorite among hikers, athletes, and anyone looking for a real-food snack they can feel good about.
Brave Biltong is produced in a HACCP-approved facility and meets all Pennsylvania Department of Health food safety requirements. You’ll find sliced biltong pouches in several flavor varieties, as well as gift boxes and sampler packs.

🌟NEW VENDOR FOR 2026: El Colibri Flowers! This week we welcome Andrea to the market with her beautiful cut flower bouquets to adorn your home or for gifting to a host, friend, or loved one.

El Colibrí Flowers is a regenerative micro cut flower farm in Jeffersonville, NY, growing over 50 varieties of specialty cut flowers and native plants on less than an eighth of an acre, with a deep commitment to soil health and biodiversity.

At the market, you will find fresh-cut straight bunches, farmers bouquets, and cut flower seedling starts early in the season.

Christy and Gaku are the husband-and-wife team behind , who delighted us last year with their super fresh sushi rolls, sashimi, edamame, and more. Their next exciting venture is just up the road in Eldred, where they will serve up Japanese food, drink, and culture in the old Irene’s Diner space.
