Last year was such a blast that are thrilled to announce our 2ND ANNUAL BARRYVILLE CHILI COOK-OFF!

Over the years, several of our past vendors have taken the leap from a market tent to successful brick & mortar storefronts. Their journeys are not only a testament to their hard work and passion, but also to the incredible power of a community willing to show up and support local, fledgling businesses.

We are so proud to be part of the origin story of these four businesses, and even prouder of the community that helped shape these stories. 💚

FMNP UPDATE: in previous years, we have been a trusted community partner of the Sullivan County Area on Aging and have been given Senior FMNP coupons to distribute at the market for those who qualify. Unfortunately, due to federal budget cuts and strategic change in focus we are not being given the coupons for distribution this year.

We are still enrolled in the FMNP program and our qualified vendors can still accept the coupons from those who were able to get them.

If you meet the qualifications and would like to be put on a wait list for FMNP coupons, please call the Area Agency on Aging location in Monticello and they will put you on the list. 845-807-0243

Please note: all coupon books will have to be picked up in Monticello. There will be no coupons available at the market this year.

While we are disappointed, we want to reiterate that we care deeply about our community, especially our seniors, and we will continue to try to advocate for getting the coupons back to the market in the future.

Everyone needs a furry pal! This weekend (Saturday, Aug 1) we're hosting Round One of Kitten Adoption with our pals The C Alley Cats of Lake Wallenpaupack - you can see them and their kittens at the link below! Each year since the Garden at the Barryville Farmers' Market has opened we have found new forever homes for the sweetest kittens and made life a little better for the whole wide world. Please come visit us and think about opening your home and heart to a new friend! Cooper’s Daughter is a woman-owned and family-run distillery, cooperage, and orchard situated in the Hudson Valley that uses ultra-local ingredients at every turn. This focus makes their delicious small batch, seasonal spirits all the more special. Pro tip: Their ramp vodka will take your Bloody Marys to the e next level!
