⭐️ Landmark Park Farm to Table Farmer Highlight ⭐️

**Chilled Corn Soup Shooters**

The sweet cream corn from Miller Organics was the star of these smooth, refreshing shooters. I blended it with the rich heavy cream and a touch of butter from Working Cows Dairy to create a velvety, summertime bite. Each cup was finished with beautiful red cabbage microgreens from Wiregrass Microgreens, LLC for the perfect pop of color and freshness.

It's amazing what happens when local farmers and producers come together on one plate...or in this case, one little cup. 🌽💚

If you do get giant zucchini, it’s not the end of the world . On an angle, you can slice them to create zucchini steaks . They are great breaded , baked or pan fried and covered with a little bit of mozzarella and some gravy .
You can tell I grew up around Chicago Italians , because I call red sauce ,gravy. 😀

Red and green Okra.
We grew Clemson spineless, David's star which is a great frying Okra, Cowhorn okra which grows long and tender, plus the burgundy. We love them all.
