Wednesday - What’s for Dinner

Salsa Chicken with Black Beans and Corn

2 pounds chicken
1 jar Grammy Tammy Corn Salsa
1 pkg Grammy Tammy Black Beams
Your choice of Grammy Tammy tomato salsa (you pick the heat) or 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 pkg Grammy Tammy Taco Seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese

Cook beans as directed, drain and place in slow cooker with chicken and corn salsa. Add either tomato salsa or diced tomatoes with 2 Tablespoons taco seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Stir in cheese & let cook an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice or cauliflower rice.

Note salsa releases liquid, if using salsa cook the last 20-30 minutes before cheese with lid off

Second Saturday! Hot dogs for a cause! This months proceeds will go to Happy Hearts Working. Each month we sell hot dogs to raise money for different local organizations. We hope you will come out enjoy a lunch and support Happy Hearts.

Second Saturday is also Garage Sale Saturday, if you have items to sell contact Tammy 605-210-4777 to get a 10x10 spot.

Heavenly Creations is back this week with her sourdough. She has so many delicious flavors and options s that you do t want to miss

Dragonfly Home Goods (previously MPD Creations) is setting up with some amazing wood and resin products. She will have Free Hifts for those that stop at her booth, and kids can get a free bookmark with their name engraved

Thermo King will be there

The sample bar is featuring brats with peach salsa and the Italian sandwich from Wednesdays recipe only made with pork

In case you missed their post 3 Gen 3D is closing their business. They have everything in their booth 1/2 price. Never too early to shop for Christmas

We have Cantaloupe. Picked fresh his morning!! Grammy Tammy's Creations LLC made chocolate chip banana bread and pineapple bread. Angie brought in her delicious apple c***r donuts. Many vendors stocked yesterday, definitely need to make a stop before you leave town for the holiday weekend
