I’ve been quiet for almost a year! 🤫 👂

Life happens. We have had many major changes in the last year…..Some good, some less than ideal.

Sometimes we need to take a step back, re-evaluate our goals, and move forward with intention and purpose!

This spring I am happy to reignite the flame of something I truly love and have a passion for! I will be expanding my shiitake growing in hopes to better serve the community, one fresh mushroom at a time! 🍄

Time to harvest Spilanthes! Spilanthes has many medicinal properties including anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and aphrodisiac effects. The flowers of Spilanthes have earned it the name “toothache plant” for their numbing and pain-relieving effects.
