Crawfish Etouffe, we love it! 🦞When Christian was still living at home & working for Raising Cane’s, we entered my Crawfish Etouffe into the Raising Cane’s employee cook-off & won 2 years in a row! The judges loved it. 🏆🏆Christian & I developed this recipe & it’s been a family favorite ever since. Now you can serve it for your family. Just heat it up, cook some rice & throw in some French bread. Dinner is served! Made with Louisiana Crawfish and lots of love. $10 a quart. ❤️🥖🦞⚜️❤️

Ever wonder why the spiciest foods tend to come from hot weather cultures? 🌶 Spicy foods make you sweat, which actually cools you off more efficiently than that of a New Orleans style snowball!! Mimi’s Sassy Spicy Salsa is actually great to eat in hot weather. Serve it with chips, pour it over a Taco Salad or serve it for breakfast with scrambled eggs! We have plenty of hot weather ahead of us gang so order a few jars to have on hand.⚜️$6 a jar. 💃

I have the best customers in the world! 😍Janet Rhodus came & picked up some peach jam she ordered & brought me these beauties! I’ll add them to my own from my garden & guess what? Mimi’s 5 Pepper Jelly that’s what! 🌶🌶This is such a versatile condiment. Make a vinaigrette, slather over country ribs then grill (great idea from Christine Cajunbritchick), brush over a pork loin and bake (thanks Susan Sobol) or just pour over cream cheese for a snack. However you utilize my pepper jelly you need to get some! Thanks Janice for the jalapeños!! $5 a jar 🌶👯‍♀️😎
