Todd hasn’t given the ducks their bananas in days. He thinks their feelings are hurt.

The ducks are probably not sitting around thinking, “He used to love us. Then the bananas stopped.”

However… they absolutely can notice the change. Ducks learn routines and quickly associate particular people with high-value treats. Since Todd has been the Banana Man and suddenly stopped delivering, they approach him, follow him, vocalize, act more demanding because they’re expecting the reward.

That’s learned expectation rather than hurt feelings in the human sense.

So scientifically: the ducks aren’t emotionally wounded over the banana shortage.

In duck court: Todd has breached the banana contract and restitution is due immediately. 🍌🦆

🤎 Another beautiful wedding in the books! 🫏💍✨

Last night, Prince & Jewel had the honor of being part of a gorgeous wedding at Agave Estates in Katy! These two brought plenty of long ears, sweet faces, and charm as they mingled with guests, posed for photos, and helped make the celebration a little more memorable. 🥂🫏

Todd & I were at a wedding in Conroe so our awesome handlers, Mariah & Jennifer, kept our b**r burros looking sharp, behaving themselves (well… as much as donkeys do 😂), and making sure everyone got plenty of donkey love.

We absolutely love getting to be a small part of such a BIG day. Thank you for inviting our B**r Burros to celebrate with you, and congratulations to the newlyweds! 🤍💍

🐴🍻 B**R BURRO WRAP-UP — MADERA ESTATES, CONROE! 🍻🐴

Well… tonight was an adventure. 😂 Our B**r Burros made their way to Madera Estates in Conroe for a beautiful wedding, and while the evening didn’t go quite according to plan, we definitely made some memories!

The fireworks were absolutely gorgeous. 🎆
Dragon and Lexi’s review of the fireworks: 0/10. Would not recommend. 😂

Dragon decided the excitement was a little much and managed to break one of his baskets—but in true lfashion, Todd rigged it up and got us back in business. 🔧🐴

Neither Dragon nor Lilah was particularly interested in cooperating for the bride and groom photos tonight. Apparently their contracts don’t include fireworks OR posing on command. 🤦‍♀️😂 But when it came to the guests? They were happy to accept LOTS of treats, pets, attention and photos.

And Lexi? Sweet girl basically stood there looking like she might take a nap at any moment. 😂 Completely unbothered by her celebrity status.

We received so many compliments from the guests, and even with a little chaos thrown into the evening, Dragon and Lilah did what they do best—made people smile and gave everyone something they’ll remember.

Congratulations to the newlyweds, and thank you for letting our B**r Burros be a small part of your big day! 🤎🐴🍻

Sometimes the best events aren’t the perfectly scripted ones. They’re the ones with a broken basket, a little improvising, two stubborn donkeys and a whole lot of laughter. 😂❤️
