WE’RE HIRING AT BAY BLOOMS 🌿

As Bay Blooms continues to grow, I’m looking to add a few exceptional people to our team.

Right now, my biggest immediate need is for Farm & Field Support.

This position includes weeding and field maintenance, harvesting flowers, processing flowers after harvest, planting and preparing beds, general farm tasks, and helping prepare the farm for our fall season.

SIMPLE WORK. HIGH STANDARDS.

A flower farm is made up of a lot more weeding, harvesting, and maintenance than most people realize. Reliability and a strong work ethic matter far more to me than experience. I’m looking for someone who can work efficiently, stay on task, pay attention to details, and doesn’t need to be constantly managed.

Open availability is preferred, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings when needed.

This position will begin as a part time role, approximately 18 to 24 hours per week.

Compensation will begin at an entry rate while you work alongside me and learn our systems. As responsibilities increase and you become more confident in the role, pay will increase accordingly.

Because of the nature of this position, references will be required and background checks may be conducted for final candidates.

I will also be hiring for future floral and event positions, including floral design assistants, wedding and event setup crews, event support staff, and experienced floral designers.

For floral design positions, previous experience is strongly preferred. References will be required, and applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their design abilities. Design style and attention to detail are extremely important, as all work must align with the Bay Blooms design aesthetic.
