I love Autumn. And I particularly love when residents like Steve and Barbara invite me over to their homes to help them out with fall pruning. It's those cuttings that are used in this weeks bouquets.

Its great having residents who really appreciate what I've created with Metrostems right here in Bayonne and want to be part of the mission, making beautiful locally grown specialty cut flowers accessible and affordable.

So if that means going over to someone's house to help with Autumn pruning and walking away with great greenery that I didn't have to grow myself, I'm up for it.

🌸 Flower Sale Pop-Up Weekend at The Little Food Cafe! 🌸

It’s that time of the week again — fresh-cut Metrostems bouquets are ready for the weekend!

We’ll be back at The Little Food Cafe on Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12, starting at 8AM with a limited number of locally grown bouquets.

This week’s bouquets feature deep, rich, warm fall colors — the perfect way to welcome the season and pair beautifully with a delicious meal from LFC.

This Sunday, September 6 starting at 11AM, Metrostems will be popping up on Broadway with a limited number of fresh-cut, locally grown bouquets inspired by the colors of fall.

We’ll be set up between two truly special local businesses:

📚 The Little Boho Bookshop — a true gem in Bayonne, offering something wonderful for readers of all ages and interests in a warm, welcoming space that makes you want to stay and browse awhile.

👗 Hi Goose Studio — an amazing stop for great vintage and pre-loved fashion finds, full of style, personality, and one-of-a-kind treasures.

A special thank you to Cindy Guarini of Hudson DNA & Drug Testing for generously offering her storefront space between Boho and Hi Goose for us to set up.

So come shop local, stroll Broadway, discover something beautiful, and take home a bouquet that celebrates the start of fall. 🍁
