Imagine living next to 80 goats? Your market manager used to— and honestly, it was kind of perfect. Lucky to have shared a fence line with these sweeties, along with Talitha + Dan and our very own BFM best gal + herd manager 💛

This week the goats at are feasting on lush spring pasture fresh from the Hudson Valley rains — and you can taste it in every bite of cheese.

The season moves fast around here: rain feeds the fields, the fields feed the herd, and the herd becomes fresh goat milk transformed into creamy chèvre. That’s the beauty of local food — you can taste the weather, the landscape, and the week itself.
