We're humbled to support a resilient young single mother and her four children, ages 3, 6, 10, and 13, who have bravely escaped domestic abuse and are currently living in a motel. As part of our holiday family program, we've adopted this family and invite you to join us in empowering them towards a brighter future. We are officially closed for the 2025 season. Five years have flown by in this location, and we are thrilled to have shared this journey with you. When passion drives your endeavors, time flies. We are thrilled to conclude an exceptional season, thanks to your loyal support! It is hard to believe that we are nearing the end already. Commencing today, Thursday, October 23rd, we will be hosting our end-of-season sale. This sale will continue while supplies last. All half-bushel quantities of Honeycrisp and Evercrisp have been discounted to $20. Additionally, we have Honeycrisp drops available for $5 per large bag. Whether you are consuming them as a snack, utilizing them for baking purposes, or simmering a comforting batch of homemade applesauce, nothing surpasses the flavor of freshly harvested fruit right from our orchards. Jonagold apples are now available at AVO Farm Market, joining our expanding selection of apples. As a cultivar, Jonagold is a cross between the crisp Golden Delicious and the blush-crimson Jonathan. We have sold out of Peaches and plums for the season. However, we still offer a variety of in-season garden vegetables and discounted watermelon. Please note that we accept cash and Venmo payments only.

One of our goals this season was to have a successful, smooth season with no theft or damages since we remodeled our building and limited what we kept outside, as well as making it very clear over the last 5 years that we are NOT a 24/7 self-serve business. We truly believed we were on track to achieve that goal, especially after navigating our busy summer time full of out of town visitors without any incidents. However, early this morning, an individual made a choice that extinguished that goal by trespassing onto our property while we were closed and helped themselves to a large quantity of Honeycrisp apples that were sitting on our trailer behind our market. To this individual, we offer you a chance to rise above this action and make amends. We have captured your identity, actions, and vehicle on our security cameras, which are in place to protect our property. We invite you to visit our Market before 6:00pm tomorrow to settle your debt and pay for the apples you took. Failure to do so will necessitate us involving the local or state police to resolve the matter. If you are unable to pay for the apples, please come talk to us and we can work together to find a solution. Stealing is never the answer. We believe in second chances and the power of redemption. Can you believe we are already halfway through September? Apple season is progressing steadily. This week, AVO Market is offering our own Honeycrisp, Gala, McIntosh, Ruby Macs, and Ginger Gold apples, all grown in-house. Half-bushel orders are available upon request. Additionally, we have replenished our regular in-season vegetables and introduced our acorn winter squash. Be on the lookout for our upcoming pumpkins and other winter squash, as well as new apple varieties. Please note that we accept cash and Venmo payments only.

OG Honeycrisp is finally here🍎 Our market is now offering our own grown, freshly harvested honeycrisp, Ruby Red Macs, and Ginger Gold apples. As peach and nectarine season comes to a close, we still have a limited quantity of both available. Our elephant heart plums have arrived and are exceptionally sweet and juicy. Additionally, our black plums are still available. With the pleasant weather forecasted for this weekend, consider a juicy sweet watermelon as a snack or dessert. A limited quantity remains. We have canning tomatoes available and a few half bushels of Roma tomatoes available this week. Please do not forget to purchase a jar of fresh flowers and support a worthy cause. We accept cash and Venmo only.
